Ovoid buds, borne singly, open to reveal large, double, high centered blooms (45 petals). Strong fragrance. Repeats bloom again later in the season. Foliage is a medium to light green on tall, vigorous growth to 4 feet, and 3 feet wide. Prickles are small and triangular. ZONES 7-9.

Flowers are a dark, velvety red with yellow splashes and open to an excellent pyramid form. Add to this red stamens and this is truly a remarkable flower. Foliage is medium green and carried on an upright bush growing to 3 feet. Blooms are bourne singly. ZONES 4-9.

Long pointed buds open to reveal cerise pink petals with a white base. They are double (25-30 petals), and loosly petalled, 3 inches in diameter, with a moderate damask fragrance. Foliage is a soft, light green on a vigorously arching/climbing growth with no prickles. ZONES 5-9.

Large white flowers of 40 petals or more are carried in small clusters. They open out into wide shallow cups and are posessed of a strong myrrh scent. The bush form is small shrub with medium green, semi-glossy foliage and twiggy, prickly stems that are suprisingly productive. ZONES 4-9.
